Because Orchard Ave is an established boutique with exclusive vendor relationships, we receive early access to brand-new styles before they hit the market. These opportunities are often available for a limited time, so we place orders based primarily on customer preorders rather than stocking large quantities of extras. If you love something, we highly recommend reserving it during the preorder window.
Expected Arrival Dates
Each product title includes an estimated arrival date. For example:
University Hoodie – Love Story Black 10.20
The 10.20 indicates the vendor’s estimated arrival date of October 20. These dates are provided by our exclusive vendor and are estimates, so they may occasionally shift due to production or shipping timelines.

Use code PREORDER at checkout to pay 50% now and 50% later.
Once your preorder is ready to ship, we’ll email your final invoice. Final payment must be completed within 72 hours of the invoice being sent. Orders that are not paid within 72 hours will be forfeited, and all payments made are non-refundable.
Shipping Information
If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and preorder items, your order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
