Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Flat rate shipping begins at $8.95. Your order will be carefully packed and shipped from our little shop in Western Colorado. Once your order ships you will receive tracking info via email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. 

At checkout, you can choose the pickup area that works best for you. 

• Grand Junction/Palisade
• Rifle/Parachute

Since we no longer have a physical storefront, pickup details are coordinated individually once your order is ready. We will reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at ashley@orchardaveboutique.com or use the contact form here on our website!

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
